Un deuxième match amical pour les pensionnaires de Fédérale 3.
The RCSA players have been back at the stadium since July 19th, training three times a week. The squad is essentially the same as last season, except for the reinforcement of five juniors who will make their senior debut. “We are on schedule and where we thought we would be”, says Jonathan Gien, one of the coaches of the flagship team.
The yellow and blue played their first friendly pre-season match last Friday against Saint-Juéry, which plays in regional 1. In Tarn, the South Aveyron team won by a score of 17 to 22. In a match split into three 30-minute periods, the RCSA coaches played the 32 players who had made the trip.
“A large review d’personnel" which will have allowed the coaches to assess the fitness of their players with satisfaction in particular on the commitment. The second friendly match will take place this Friday, August 30 at 8:30 p.m. at the municipal stadium against the Rodez club, also a resident of the Federal 3.
The match promises to be committed against an ambitious Rodez team that does not hide its objective of evolving in the higher divisions in the years to come. There will be only one match of 3X 40 minutes which will also allow for the use of a maximum number of players. Entrance to the stadium will be free.
