An official from the Alesian police station suffers a double fracture in his hand following the alleged rebellion of a 16-year-old teenager. The police union denounces an increase in violence and demands resources.

An official then gets out of the vehicle, runs and belts him to arrest him. This young person does not give up and continues on his way. Consequently, two other police officers came to reinforce the first, caught up with this individual and arrested him. They all ended up on the ground. When they get up, one of the BAC members feels a sharp pain in his hand. Results: double fracture and 45 days of total work interruption (ITT).

He is summoned to appear before the juvenile justice system

As for the young person, who is 16 years old, he was placed in police custody. Released the next day, he will soon be summoned to appear before the juvenile court in Nîmes to answer for his actions. Prosecuted for rebellion, he explained, according to our information, that he was surprised because he was wearing headphones at the time of the incident. A line of defense which leaves Yasmina Gibert skeptical and does not fail to make her react: "It’s scandalous to no longer have authority, to see our authority flouted…"
