A necessary step in the renovation of the Comédie car park, Boulevard Victor Hugo access will be closed from Monday, August 19 to Friday, August 23. Temporary access is available via Boulevard Sarrail, Rue Jeu de Ballon and Rue Michelet.

As part of the renovation work on the Comédie car park, access to the Comédie and Le Triangle car parks via Boulevard Victor Hugo will be temporarily closed from Monday, August 19 at 5 a.m. The reopening is scheduled for Saturday, August 24 at 5 a.m.

How to access the car parks?

Comédie car park: entry and exit will be via Boulevard Sarrail. The exits on Rue Michelet and Rue du Jeu de Ballon will be closed. Parking Le Triangle: The entrance will be via Jeu de Ballon and Michelet streets. The exit will remain unchanged.

A cycle gallery in 2025

The Comédie car park will be equipped a new entrance at Avenue Frédéric Mistral. A cycle gallery will replace the car tunnel, which was closed to traffic in 2022. This will make it easier for cyclists to cross the city centre and make Place de la Comédie safer for pedestrians. Work is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2025.
