Mark Hamill has revealed to his fans that he had worked in the greatest secrecy, recording of the voices for several characters in cult films, under a pseudonym.
The actor, known to have interpreted Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars saga, has confirmed on Twitter a documentary Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, according to which it would have recorded the voice of the droid bar EV-9D9 in the fifth episode of the first season of the new series derived from the franchise.
And he took the opportunity to reveal to its subscribers that it had been the voice of several other characters, under the name of Patrick Williams.
“Now that the secret of the Mandalorian has been revealed, I can say I am represented by a voice in ALL THE STAR WARS MOVIES, from the antépisodes […] Index: look for roles credited to Patrick Williams. This is the truth,” he published.
Mark Hamill asserts, therefore, that it is alive and well in the Rogue One, in Solo, as well as in an undisclosed role in episode VII, in which he also appears in the guise of Jedi master Luke Skywalker at the end of the film, but without a line of dialogue.
