Russian fleet to get new hypersonic missile that 'knows no obstacles'

Mr. Putin oversaw the naval parade in St. Petersburg on Sunday, which brought together more than 40 ships and submarines and around 3,500 military personnel in the former imperial capital, on the occasion of Russian Fleet Day, widely celebrated across the world. country.

In Sevastopol, in Crimea annexed by Russia, the festivities were however canceled after a drone attack which targeted the staff of the Russian fleet in the Black Sea on Sunday morning, killing six wounded.

The attack was blamed by local authorities on “Ukrainian nationalists”, as Russia faces a Ukrainian counter-offensive in the Kherson region, located not far from Crimea .

Ukraine has denied involvement in the attack.
