Salad creamy chickpea

Salade crémeuse de pois chiches

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 can of chickpeas rinsed and drained (540 ml)
  • 1 cup of finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 green onions, cut into slices
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, using a whisk, mix the yogurt, the mayonnaise, the ginger and the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat
