Salad of fennel, celery and radishes

Salade de fenouil, céleri et radis

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 1 fennel bulb and its branches cut into thin slices
  • 4 branches of celery, cut into thin slices
  • 1 bunch of radishes cut into thin slices
  • Fennel leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a large bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, sour cream and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fennel, celery and radishes. Mix and sprinkle with the fennel leaves chopped.
