Model Galaxy S10e with Snapdragon 855 won
The model number of Samsung Galaxy S10, as is known, released three smartphones: S10e, S10 and S10+. All models were developed for different regions with different processors – Snapdragon 855 (USA, Hong Kong) and Exynos 9820 (Europe and Ukraine in particular). The manufacturer claims that the performance difference between these processors is not. But is it really?
Enthusiasts YouTube channel Tech Thusiast has decided to conduct a comparative test of the speed of the two smartphones: the “youngest” Galaxy S10e with Snapdragon 855 with 6 GB of RAM and a “flagship” Galaxy S10+ 9820 Exynos chip with 8 GB of RAM. The purpose of the experiment was simple – do they really work equally fast.
The results showed that the model with Snapdragon 855 all won, scoring in two rounds, three points more than the Exynos 9820. During the tests in regular applications the difference at first glance is not particularly visible and both chip cope equally fast. But when it comes to heavy games or web browsing, the Samsung Exynos 9820 begins to noticeably lag in download speed.
