Shot dead for claiming unpaid wages

A 39-year-old Pole was shot dead overnight from Thursday to Friday in Tain-l'Hermitage, in the south of France, following a conflict with the alleged shooter, said the Valencia prosecutor's office on Friday.
The victim was hit by a 12-caliber rifle shot, before being “quickly transported to hospital, where she died of her injuries”, a indicated the prosecution to AFP.
“The respondent, aged 26, was placed arrested”, specified the prosecution, according to which “it appears from the first elements of the investigation a situation of conflict between the respondent and the victim”.
According to France Bleu Drôme-Ardèche, which revealed the case, the victim reportedly went to the car garage where he had worked to claim a unpaid salary. He would then have suffered this fatal shot.
A murder investigation has been opened and entrusted to the Romans-sur-Isère research brigade.
