Spectacular Video: Apartment Hit by Flash Flood in Türkiye

A spectacular video shows the result of heavy rains that swept through Ankara, Turkey, on Saturday.
On the video posted on social networks, and relayed by Reuters, it is possible to see the rainwater descending on a road to enter an apartment building below.
Water accumulated in a dwelling then suddenly gushed out all at once onto a balcony in the Yenimahalle district.
The Turkish capital has experienced heavy flooding over the past week, which has caused property damage and disruption to the city's transport network.
