Swiss Becir Omeragic selected with Switzerland to prepare for Euro 2024 football in Germany

The Swiss defender from MHSC was included in the list announced by coach Murat Yakin to prepare for the Euro (June 14-July 14).

MHSC Swiss defender Becir Omeragic is rewarded for his great club season. As he hoped, he was called up by coach Murat Yakin in a first list of 35 players who will meet for a pre-preparation camp.

Omeragic (22 years old, 5 caps) played 27 matches this season in the colors of MHSC. He was called up for the first time at the age of 18 with the Nati, and has already been called up for Euro 2021, even though he had not played any encounter. His first selection dates back to October 2020 during a friendly match against Croatia.

A selection where we also find Toulouse's Vincent Sierro. On the other hand, the former MHSC goalkeeper, Jonas Omlin, who has just returned to competition after a long injury, is not one of them. Switzerland will play its first Euro 2024 match against Hungary on June 15
