This Thursday, June 20, the Prime Minister mentioned the 4-day week during a press conference. During the conference, the head of government made a rather clumsy statement about teleworking.

While Gabriel Attal gave a press conference this Thursday, June 20 from the headquarters of his Renaissance party in order to present several measures of the presidential majority, the latter addressed the question  nbsp;work. For several weeks, the ambition displayed by the head of government has been to experiment with the four-day week.

"They too benefit from an extra day of rest"

In this context, Gabriel Attal made a rather clumsy remark which did not fail to make Internet users react. "We will experiment the week in 4 days, which allows employees who cannot telework to also benefit from an additional day of rest, declared the Prime Minister.& nbsp;A sentence which would therefore imply that the French teleworking would be on rest.

"The principle of teleworking is that’we work eh ; not that we are resting", says a scandalized Internet user, in the comments. "C’ is it me or is he saying that teleworking is rest ?", ask someone else.
