Ten people took part this Saturday January 6 in the galette des rois competition in Bagnols-sur-Cèze.

The festival committee organized a galette des rois competition this Saturday, January 6. On the menu, nine frangipanes and a brioche with candied fruit. Two volunteers from the festival committee, Maxime Couston, first deputy at the town hall, and Christian Suau, municipal councilor responsible for relations with the associative world, tasted all the cakes. < /p>

To elect the best, these four members of the jury noted several criteria: presentation, cooking, taste, shape and texture. It was a Bagnolaise, Dominique Franco, who won the competition and therefore the meal for two people at Dap's.
