MONTREAL – The Cathcart, the food court of Place Ville Marie which includes a beer garden, will again be available to the public on Monday.
The operation will be different from earlier: the most popular dishes of each of the restaurants will be prepared in one central kitchen. Visitors will be able to order their food and their drinks from their phone, with the app in The Cathcart, or a counter on the spot.
Restaurants Uniburger, Chikin, Karma Poké, Dirty Greens, and the Brasserie Mirabel will offer their favorites to customers.
The food court area, installed in a glass pavilion, has been reconfigured so that the hygiene measures and social distancing are met.
The Cathcart had opened its doors last January. It is part of the three “food court luxury” that have been inaugurated during the past year in Montreal, with the Time Out Market of the Eaton Centre (which is expected to reopen Wednesday) and The Central, in the Quartier des spectacles, including the re-opening date is still unknown.
From Monday, The Cathcart will be open Monday to Wednesday from 11 am to 19 pm, from Thursday to Saturday from 11 am to 21 pm and Sunday from 11 h to 17 h.
