The Gard company Euro Team Capelle is launching 100% female training to become a bus driver

Le centre Euro Team Capelle (Bouillargues), en collaboration avec France Travail et RAS Intérim, annonce le lancement d'une formation de conducteur de transport réservée exclusivement aux femmes à partir du mois de février 2024.

This Thursday, February 1, the Euro Team Capelle center, based in Bouillargues, is launching its new training course exclusively reserved for women: the Professional Road Public Transport Driver Title (TP CTCR).

Promote professional diversity

Organized between February 26 and May 28, this training aims to promote and participate in professional diversity in the transport sector through the feminization of driving professions. The stated objective of the training center created in 2004 by the Capelle Group is to meet recruitment needs in the public transport sector and to train the next generation of female bus drivers.< /p>

By moving in the direction of employment, the Gard company marks here a continuity in its ever-growing desire to promote professional diversity. This new session follows a first operation carried out in 2022 and which met with some success.

A quadripartite partnership

If the road freight transport training and advice center hosts training on its premises from February 26, 2024, it is not the only company involved: France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi) is involved in financing and supporting interns. The Skills Operator AKTO acts on the financing of educational costs while the RAS Interim agency takes care of the provision of training. #39;employment as well as monitoring and linking with companies.

The professional title obtained following the training is a diploma recognized by the State. It covers all aspects of becoming a bus driver, with an educational approach and practical sessions. "Registrations for information meetings are  already saturated and closed", reports the Capelle group.
