The autopsy carried out on the body of Rose, the five-year-old girl killed in the Vosges, “made it possible to exclude facts of anal and vaginal penetration”, indicated Friday the public prosecutor of Épinal .

On BFMTV and RMC, the president of the Rassemblement national Jordan Bardella denounced a “bankruptcy of the State” and an “overly lax justice”.

The Secretary of State for Children, Charlotte Caubel, who spoke to the family of the victim, considered that “legally, there is no failure” in this case.
