The relevant incident was commented by the mayor Vitaly Ivanenko on his page on Facebook, posted a video.
“In the city center because of the broken rear side of the truck scattered the fish waste. The perpetrators were installed within 15 minutes,” he said.
According to Ivanenko, the owner of the truck will be brought to administrative responsibility for violation of the city rules of an accomplishment. She faces a fine of up to 150 thousand rubles.
On the official website of the government of Kamchatskiy Krai it is noted that the cause of the incident was the negligence of the truck driver. According to the Deputy representative of the government, Sergei Khabarov, the problem arose from the fact that the man was not secured properly tailgate. Because about eight tonnes of fish waste were on the road.
The Governor of the region Vladimir Ilyukhin spoke harshly about the state of emergency on the road. He stressed that such incidents are unacceptable.
“I have instructed the Inspectorate ecological Inspectorate and the Ministry of fisheries of Kamchatskiy Krai to understand on what grounds through the historical centre of the city anyone thinks is possible improperly transporting the waste, and the head of the city – to take measures, including administrative, in respect of violation of rules of improvement,” he said.
