For the Marvejols basin: sophrology (bring a large towel, a blanket and a cushion), starting September 3, Tuesdays, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the local hospital center; adapted gymnastics (bring a large towel), resumes from September 13, Fridays, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at the local hospital and socio-aesthetic center, at the hospital, inpatients and outpatients, make an appointment at 06 37 86 85 94.

For the Mende basin: sophrology (bring a large towel, a blanket and a cushion), starting September 9, Mondays, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Chaldecoste nursing home; adapted gymnastics (bring a large towel), starting September 13, Fridays, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at the Vernède gymnasium; for the discussion group, the next session is on Tuesday, September 17, information and registration required, limited places, at 04 66 32 69 28; for foot reflexology, on Thursday, from September 5, in the premises of the League against cancer, at the Lozère hospital, make an appointment at 06 60 38 77 33; yogatherapy (bring a towel), on Tuesdays, at the Chapitre complex, calendar to come and socio-aesthetics, within the Lozère hospital, hospitalized patients and in the premises of the Ligue contre le cancer (external), make an appointment at 06 37 86 85 94.
