The national Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has animirovan the use of stamps on documents. This is stated in NBU resolution “On introducing amendments to certain regulatory acts of the National Bank of Ukraine”, which takes effect on 12 September, reports Biznestsentr with reference to the press service of the regulator.
“In particular, with the purpose of realization of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, according to which the use of a seal can not be a mandatory requisite of any document (including settlement), the national Bank made changes in a number of normative-legal acts”, – said in the message.
In particular, according to the document, from a number of normative documents of the NBU eliminated the requirement of using print.
In addition, this document is supplemented by the Regulation on execution by banks of documents on transfer, forced write-off and arrest of funds in foreign currencies and Bank metals requirements on the order of processing the document and its execution by the authorized Bank in the implementation of operations on account of conditional storage (escrow) in foreign currency.
