L'info du jour
The investigation was supposed to have been completed since November, but a request for additional information in the case of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar had been formulated.
The general prosecutor's office had requested that checks be carried out after becoming aware of a telephone conversation linked to the case, between a detainee and his mother, in particular.
The investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal examined this request on January 18 and made its decision this Thursday, February 8: a supplement of & #39;information has been granted.
Concretely, this granted request makes it possible to reopen the investigation and add new information to the file. New auditions will therefore be able to take place.
The dismissal of Cédric Jubillar, now aged 36 and incarcerated since June 2021 before the Tarn Assize Court to be tried for the murder of his wife Delphin& ;nbsp;could certainly be postponed.
