The summer is well installed. And who says summer, said pool. Said pink. So here is to you, without a doubt the best rosé of the pool in the summer!
And this is not a surprise if I tell you that this is The Pive gris 2019 that deserves the title this year. I again was stunned by this “little” rosé that comes to us from Sand-of-the Camargue, in the south of France.
A blend of grenache, merlot and cabernet franc, all grown in organic agriculture. The wine offers a nose very expressive of melon, pear and flower. The matter is nourished, thin, and worn by an acidity enlivening. Final fitting to the character of finely salt. It is simply an impeccable model.
The best part about it is that it is sold for the price of a song, as my grandmother said.
