Immunocompromised people respond poorly or not at all to vaccination and are therefore at increased risk of severe forms, hospitalization and death. To date, 1 in 20 dialysis patients have died from Covid and 1 kidney transplant patient in 8 was hospitalized for serious Covid.
300,000 people are affected. This is why PRISM offered 200,000 personalized masks for the occasion.
Protect yourself from contamination
Of course, vulnerable people wear a mask themselves to protect themselves from contamination (generally FFP2). But in busy enclosed places, where viral circulation can be high, unilateral wearing of a mask remains insufficient for optimal protection.
Out of solidarity and to limit the spread of viruses, Prism offered 200,000 personalized masks ‘’I stand in solidarity’’. These Prism masks can be found on certain Paris metro stations, in bus stops and in the media.
ISO 14001 certification
PRISM recently obtained ISO 14001 certification. The latter is a international standard of voluntary application which aims to implement an environmental management system within companies. Prism has been manufacturing protective masks since 2020 from the town of Frontignan in Hérault. 60~/p>
