Le préfet de l'Hérault François-Xavier Lauch était au lycée de la Mer de Sète, ce jeudi 7 mars.

"It’is important to be able to challenge the State representative on our fishing sector in great difficulty. The eel problem ranges from the degradation of the natural environment to the lack of outlets for its sale", explains Jean-Baptiste Gaubert. "I wanted to understand in a very concrete way what this profession was, and tell them how attentive the State is to their problems"< /em>, insisted the prefect.
