The tenth edition of “winter joys” has once again very nicely enlivened the Advent period in Millau

Du 2 au 5 janvier le riche programme d'animations (70 en tout) a fait bouger et illuminer la cité du gant. 

Having become a classic of the month of December in Millau, the « winter joys » enjoyed a very popular tenth edition from December 2 to January 5. In all, no less than 70 activities were offered (shows, strolls…). The fire show, offered on December 30 on the François Mitterrand esplanade, alone attracted 900 people.

300 runners… as Santas! 

At the time of the assessment the City also specifies that "all the shows and workshops which required a reservation were sold out. All of the other unmissable events were also well attended (the arrival of Santa Claus, wooden play park, artistic face painting, karaoke, mini farm…)."&nbsp ;Two new features were also very popular: the Santa Claus race (300 runners) and the Saltimbrank’s closing show (200 spectators).

In the end, the Millavois municipality draws a more than positive assessment of this large-scale event which the inhabitants were able to appropriate and which continues thanks to the agents, mobilized day after day and night to ensure logistics (security, lighting of the city) and to the partners who are always there."
