Un attroupement inhabituel ce jeudi matin au Peyrou ! Midi Libre – Jean-Michel Mart

La mobilisation des agriculteurs se poursuit ce jeudi à Montpellier, à l'initiative de la Confédération paysanne. 

The sheep have arrived on the Esplanade du Peyrou in Montpellier. An unusual image at the initiative of the Confédération paysanne as part of the mobilization of farmers. 

Their demands: "a right to income for peasants, a way out breaking with the dogma of free trade, the defense of’ local agriculture,  healthy, quality food".

The day's meeting continues with, in particular, a picnic in the Peyrou gardens.
