Westerns are “ready to plunge the whole world into the abyss of war” to inflict a “strategic defeat” on Russia, accused Wednesday at the UN General Assembly Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzia. 

“In their desire to inflict defeat on Russia in any way possible, it is not only Ukraine that they can sacrifice, they are ready to plunge the whole world into the abyss of war”, declared the Russian ambassador to the UN, who represented his country at this special meeting of the Assembly for the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
