“There will be an RN list in the municipal elections of Pont-Saint-Esprit” announces deputy Pierre Meurin

After the announcement of the organization of early municipal elections in Pont-Saint-Esprit, the RN deputy for the 4th constituency of Gard, announces that the National Assembly will lead a list.' nbsp;

"There will be a list led by the National Rally in the municipal elections of Pont-Saint-Esprit" announces the deputy for the 4th constituency of Gard Pierre Meurin, the day after a new resignation, Thursday February 22, of municipal councilors of Pont-Saint-Esprit which led to the organization of a meeting ;complete municipal by-elections within three months. 

"I've been working on this list since I was elected" underlines Pierre Meurin, elected in June 2022. "The list includes members of the National Rally, but also people from civil society". The MP will specify "next week" whether he will be top of the list or not.  "But whatever my place, I will be on the list.  As a parliamentarian, I can run for municipal elections wherever I want" explains the MP who lives in Saint-Julien-des-Rosiers.

"I am not stopping myself from modifying the list until the last moment"

"The list is finished, but I am not stopping myself from modifying it if I have people rallying which bring added value" and this, "until'the last moment, before the end of the submission of lists" he declared while specifying that if he became mayor he could no longer be a deputy, nor indeed if he was in the municipal executive.
