“There will be no third debate”: candidate Donald Trump refuses a new confrontation with Kamala Harris

Less than two days after his debate with Kamala Harris, candidate and former US President Donald Trump is opposed to a new face-to-face with his rival.
Donald Trump announced Thursday that he would refuse to have another debate with his Democratic rival Kamala Harris, in a post on his Truth Social platform ahead of the November 5 presidential election.
“No third debate”
“There will be no third debate”, the Republican candidate said, which includes his televised exchange with Joe Biden in June in addition to his confrontation Tuesday with the vice president.
The Vice President of the United States and Democratic candidate challenged the former Republican president during the debate organized Tuesday on ABC News, which allowed her to slightly increase her lead in voting intentions, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll.
Donald Trump assured this Wednesday, September 11, that his debate the day before with Kamala Harris had been "rigged" by the organizing channel ABC, and this in favor of his Democratic rival in the American presidential election of November.
“It was a rigged case, as I had assumed, when you look at the fact that they were correcting everything I said and they weren't correcting her,” Donald Trump said of the ABC reporters who were moderating the debate and who returned to the former US president's misleading statements during the show.
Kamala Harris put Donald Trump on the defensive Tuesday night during their debate ahead of the US presidential election in November, attacking him over restrictions on abortion rights and legal proceedings targeting him, with the aim of gaining the upper hand as the two candidates are neck and neck in voting intentions.
