L’étudiant vient de sortir sept titres de rap, inspirés du genre 2-step. Un projet soigné depuis cinq mois.

"I put my heart and soul into it." The young rapper from Nîmes, NCN, released his first EP on July 19, a music format somewhere between an album and a single in terms of the number of tracks.

Project of his life

At 19, Noah Chopin, aka NCN, signs his project "the most accomplished, by far". It is called Tout step. In homage to the 2-step musical genre, born in England in the late 90s, and the steps it had to go through to produce this EP.

Five months of hard work. The seven tracks on Tout step have "taken up a lot of space in [l]a life" of the BTS communication apprentice in Nîmes, living in Bellegarde. "When I I was seriously into it, it was every night, even when I had class."

"Attracting people into your world"

"I finally found my artistic style", assures the rapper, who started creating music five years ago. "Time has led me to something that suits me 100%."

"A rapper's job is not necessarily to make music and put it on platforms, it's also to attract people to his world." With Tout step, NCN intends to "tout arracher".

Tout step is available on Youtube, Deezer, Spotify and Apple Music.

NCN worked on this EP with Alpha in feat, Chloé on guitar on the intro and chorus of Ftume, Le Yax on the mix and Xywy for the images.
