Two bakeries and a restaurant in northern Gard closed for hygiene breaches

The prefecture of Gard indicates that it has ordered the closure of these establishments located in Anduze, Saint-Jean-du-Gard and Saint-Ambroix.

After a bakery in Barjac a few days earlier, the Gard prefecture announced, on Monday July 29 at the end of the day, the administrative closure of three other establishments in the sector for serious hygiene breaches.

Two bakeries, the one called Franck Lacombes in Saint-Ambroix and "La Festive", in Anduze, are concerned, as well as the restaurant Les Belluges in Saint-Jean-du-Gard.

The State services indicate that these administrative closures will remain in force as long as the owners of the establishments do not comply with the regulations and their services do not endanger the health of consumers.
