Two intense days of woodturning in the Gard Cévennes: what we know about the programme

Un festival de tournage sur bois, organisé par l’Association française pour le tournage sur bois (Aftab), se déroule les 17 et 18 août, dans le parc des Cordeliers, à Anduze.

The first edition of the woodturning festival, organized by the French Association for Woodturning (Aftab), is taking place this weekend in the Parc des Cordeliers in Anduze (free entry). And, in addition to various activities and workshops, the program is proving to be rich.

Saturday, August 17: 10 a.m., doors open, large woodturning market and exhibition by Aftab members; at 11 a.m., woodturning demonstration by Géronime Chareyron; at 4pm, filming demonstration by Yann Marot; at noon and 6:30pm, freestyle slackline; at 7pm, aperitif-concert with Corentin Grellier; at 8:30pm, Dr Sax Duo; at 10:30 pm, DJ set by Dr Sax.

Sunday, August 18: from 10 am to 8 pm, large woodturning market and exhibition of Aftab members; at 11 am, woodturning demonstration by Sébastien Molard; at 4 pm, woodturning demonstration by Julien Monier; at noon, aperitif-concert with Caminarem Orchestra; at 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., freestyle slackline.
