Two men arrested after they had just robbed a business in the Peyrière area, in Saint-Jean-de-Védas

The events occurred on Sunday, at the stroke of midnight. 

The alert was given by a neighboring hotel just as the gendarmerie patrol from the Saint-Jean-de-Védas brigade was preparing to control a group of four individuals who were bustling around a car. They were in possession of a microscope and other professional equipment which had just been stolen from an optics school in the area.

In immediate appearance this Wednesday

The gendarmes arrested two of the individuals, aged around twenty and around thirty and residing in Montpellier. They were placed in police custody and will be subject to an immediate appearance this Wednesday.
