Samire Lymani was sentenced to 30 years of criminal imprisonment by the Hérault assizes for the murder of his ex-partner Aurélie Vaquier, buried under a platform, in a concrete slab and found on April 7, 2021 in Bédarieux ( Hérault). He announced his desire to appeal.
Samire Lymani screamed when the Assize Court sentenced him to 30 years of criminal imprisonment for the murder of Aurélie Vaquier, this Tuesday 16 January afternoon, as applause greeted the decision.
For the loved ones and the family, it is a satisfaction and an enormous relief even if the accused has not confessed nor told what happened. Jérémy Vaquier, one of the victim's brothers, agreed to give his reaction, just after the verdict was announced.

Moreover, through his lawyer, Me Mathieu Montfort, Samire Lymani announced his intention to appeal the decision, he who proclaimed his innocence during all the debates, in vain. Nothing to worry about Jérémy Vaquier.
