First tensions

Flares have been launched in the direction of the town hall, reports the Spanish media outlet El Pais. The French news channel BFMTV, who has a special correspondent on the scene, reports that clashes have broken out.
“Mazón, dimissió“, is the slogan referring to the president of the Generalitat Valenciana, of the Popular Party. He is particularly visible in the procession on banners and placards. Images and videos of crowded streets full of people are multiplying on social networks.

The The anger of the Spanish people is felt after the tragic and deadly floods that occurred last week. “People die, Mazón eats”, can be heard in one of the squares of Valencia. “We feel pain and anger. Pain for all the losses and anger because we discover that we have a government that is not up to par”, a couple testifies to the daily newspaper El Pais.
