“They all did a good job. They have two more practices and another game to show what they are capable of. We will then have to decide who will be the second quarterback of the team, after seeing everything that happened during the camp.

For his part, Kristian Matte confirms that the level of competition is very high within the team this year.

“At all camps, it's not over until camp is over. We continue to fight for our positions. We have a very good group on the offensive line. There is competition every day and it is the best players who will be on the field for the matches. That's really what we're aiming for. We'll see how it goes in a week.”

Pier-Olivier Lestage assures that 'a great chemistry is building in the team.

“A win, whether it counts or not, feels good. We've been bumping into it between teammates for about 15 days. It sure is tiring. Going for a victory, playing this way, it sure feels good. We're just looking forward to the next one and the start of the season against Ottawa.”
