“Chœur d’Ici et d’Ailleurs” à Loupian

La chapelle Saint-Hippolyte de Loupian accueille, vendredi 7 juin7 p.m. “The Choir of Here and Elsewhere”. On the program: varied and traditional world songs and sacred a cappella pieces, directed by Martine Devillers. Free participation.

Tropical discoteq at “La Ola”

La hut “La Ola”, Lido beach, offers Friday June 7 from 6& nbsp;h 30, its traditional Tropical Discoteq and its elixir of Afro-Caribbean music which warms the soul and the body, proposed by Émile Omar from Radio Nova. Free entry subject to availability.

Yves Gourmelon exhibits at “Open Space”

The Open Space gallery at 8, rue Garenne in the Quartier-haut, welcomes until Friday June 14 l& rsquo;exposure “Erasements & overlays” by Yves Gourmelon. Semi-abstract wooden paintings and panels and some collages, figurative paintings and watercolors… Free entry, Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Sunday from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Public Benches Festival!

In support of the actions and after 2 and a half years of fighting against the parking project at Place Aristide-Briand, it's party time at Bancs Publics! On the program for this Friday June 7, Georges-Brassens room at Mas-Coulet, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., festive evening-buffet-raffle for the benefit of the association (15 euros), forum theater (Agropolis), Flavia Perez (singer), BRK (Occitan music), Hervé Tirefort (songwriter) and musical and dance surprises

Pointe-Courte Festival

The emblematic fishing district of Pointe-Courte is celebrating its festival this weekend. Here is the program.
Friday, June 7: from 6:30 p.m., signing of the poster by Claude Combas and opening of the funfair and refreshment bar at 7 p.m.; musical aperitif hosted by Alban, brasucade and catering on site with Jean-Pierre Belot and the funfair shack; at 9:45 p.m., torchlight procession hosted by the peña Bella Ciao; from 9pm to 2am, dance hosted by DJ Patrice Esposito.
