The man of business is currently a major expansion of the chain, which has six facilities in Quebec.

“There will be an opening of eight restaurants in the greater Montreal area. There is one that is now under construction. There has been a lot of requests for franchises for The Rooster, then we will open more restaurants in the coming years,” he says.

Foodtastic is the owner of several chains, such as Souvlaki Bar, Carlos & Pepes, or The Beautiful and The Beef.
