L'équipe de France masculine de tennis de table, emmenée par les frères Lebrun, a réussi son entrée aux Mondiaux par équipes en surclassant le Danemark 3-1 vendredi à Busan (Corée du Sud), avec deux succès de Félix Lebrun.

The No. 6 — and first non-Chinese — in the world rankings offered the third victory to his team by sweeping Anders Lind (N.28) 3-0. Alexis Lebrun's junior had already started his own by defeating Jonathan Groth (N.29) 3-2.

With this opening victory against the strongest nation in their group 4, the Blues are well on their way to the final phase. To reach it, they must finish among the first three in their group of five. Knowing that first place, well within their reach, would give them direct access to the round of 16.
