WWE: Vince McMahon would have bought silence with millions

WWE: Vince McMahon allegedly bought silence with millions

UPDATE DAY

To cover up allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity over the past 16 years, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Vince McMahon reportedly paid approximately $12 million.

According to what the “Wall Street Journal” reported on Friday, the 76-year-old man notably paid $7.5 million to a former wrestler whom he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him, before demoting her and not renewing her contract since she allegedly refused further sexual contact.

McMahon also allegedly bought the silence of two women from $1 million hit. One of them, a person under contract with WWE, allegedly received photos of his boss naked and was harassed at work.

The boss of the professional wrestling federation temporarily stepped down in mid-June as he is the subject of an internal investigation. He continued to make television appearances, however, as his daughter, Stephanie McMahon, was named interim president.
