Young Business Meetings in Bagnols: vocations to encourage in industry and tertiary professions

The sixth edition  of the Jjeunes Entreprise Meetings took place on Saturday February 3, 2024. The event attracted more than 300 young people who came to visit this show.

On Saturday February 3, the multicultural room in Bagnols sur Cèze hosted the 6th edition of youth and business meetings. "With 35 stands, including 30 occupied by companies in the nuclear sector, but also in food, health, tourism, the various armed forces and the police, this show is a success in terms of exhibitors" says Remy Jennepin, representative of the Collective grouping of twelve business associations. "With more than 300 young visitors, this edition is an excellent vintage" welcomes Corine Nègre, director of the careers campus.

Potential recruiters

On the exhibitor side, companies wish to explain their many professions and their expectations. Aziza Collard from the Bagnols-sur-Cèze hospital center clearly announces: "The hospital is recruiting, medical and paramedical professions are a path to the future" . Fabienne Tapissier of the police presents the competitions to become a police officer, and in particular that of the cadets of the Republic. Laure Leduc, independent worker in the IAD group, tries to touch the entrepreneurial soul of young people.

The path of alternation

Estelle Dufes, director of accounting experts at Fidu, explains the desired school courses and tries to dust off the image of the profession. Jeoffrey Yver, from the company D&S, advises young people to obtain their diplomas on a work-study basis. This is the path that Clément Couriol has chosen, currently in Bac Pro commerce, and who wishes to continue in BTS.
