3,200 participants will run the half-marathon and the May 1st races in Nîmes: discover the courses

A great classic that attracts people! Midi Libre – FREDERIC PRADES

The 29th edition will leave from the Square du 11 November on Wednesday. In addition to the 20 km, you can also run the 10 and 5 km.

May 1, day of demonstrations… and half marathon! Like every year, the race created by the Macadam Club Nîmois, will be held in
collaboration with the City of Nîmes, with the support of the Department of Gard and the Occitanie Region.

200 volunteers are mobilized to supervise the 3200 participants expected in the 3 races (semi-limited to 1780 runners, 10km to 1020 runners, 5 km to 400 runners). Note that the half-marathon is a qualifier for the French Championships, and is a Departmental Championship.

The start will be given at the square du 11 Novembre at   8:15 a.m. (half marathon), 8:30 a.m. (10 km) and 8:40 a.m. (5 km).
The arrival takes place on Boulevard de la Libération after crossing the arenas

Disruptions may occur for motorists. Here is the route:
• Semi route: Feuchères – Talabot – St Baudile Cemetery – Pont de Justice – Mas de Possac – ZI Grézan –
Racecourse – return idem to the arenas and arrival Bd Libération.
• 10 km route: Feuchères – Talabot – St Baudile Cemetery – Pont de Justice – rue Vovo – path Top of
Grézan- chemin de la Serre – Pont de Justice – return to the arenas and arrival at Bd Libération.
• 5Km route: Feuchères – Talabot – St Baudile Cemetery – U-turn to the arenas and arrival at Bd Libération.

Collection of bibs: Tuesday April 30 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.: North Hall of Parnasse

Monday May 1st from 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. on the Esplanade Charles de Gaulle

Rewards: a medal for all finishers in the 3 races.
Prizes for the first 3 men and women in all races + the first men and women of
each category of Juniors to M9 on the SEMI and cadets to M9 on the 5km and 10 km
