Launched in 2022, the "slow train" of Ouigo, called Ouigo Classic Train, is celebrating its two-year anniversary. On this occasion, 50,000 low-cost train tickets will be on sale this Tuesday, May 21 and Wednesday, May 22.

For those who have time to travel, the Ouigo classic train offer, nicknamed Ouigo "slow" may turn out to be a good plan. This formula proposed by the SNCF is today celebrating its two years of existence. On this occasion, Ouigo announces a "surprise" from 50,000 classic train tickets to 5 euros.

Tickets will be put online this Tuesday 21 and Wednesday May 22 , on the ouigo.com website, for journeys to be made between May 22 and May 5  nbsp;July. To take advantage of it, you will have to be quick, the offer only lasts 24 hours. "This is the kind of good deal you don't want to miss", warns Ouigo on its site.

About twenty destinations

Ouigo Classic train serves 20 destinations throughout France at reduced prices, with Rennes and Nantes as terminals for the west route, and Lyon for the south-east route.

To celebrate its first anniversary of entry into service, Ouigo Train Classique had already offered a particularly attractive promotional offer last May, with 10 000 tickets at 1 euro. They were all sold out within an hour

Usually, the journeys offered are already available at reduced prices, between 10 and 49 euros for adults, and 8 euros for children.
