84th HLM Congress in Montpellier: Michaël Delafosse announces that the headquarters of Altémed will be “a Folie” built in La Mosson

The magnificent building, measuring 10,000 m2, will be erected at the height of the Saint-Paul tram stop for completion by the end of 2027.
On the sidelines of the HLM Congress, the mayor of Montpellier Michaël Delafosse made an important announcement on the stand of Altémed, the developer of the Montpellier Metropolis, a merger of ACM, SERM and SA3M, since 2022.
The company's headquarters will be “une Folie du 21st century”, as confirmed by the president of the metropolis, who is particularly fond of this type of construction.
A building estimated at 30 million euros;
Altemed and its nearly 500 employees will set up in the heart of Mosson, near the Saint-Paul tram stop. The building, which should cost around 30 million euros; will be 10,000 m2, of which 7,000 m2 are reserved for Altémed.
