Anthony, à quelques jours de l'ouverture, rappelle à ses troupes quelques détails…

Ouverte depuis lundi dernier, l’ancienne boulangerie “Margot” a changé de nom et d’équipe.

Good news for Frontignanais, Lapeyradois and all those who pass through the town between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The old bakery "Margot" located in the heart of the village reopened this Monday and is now called "Lilio". A few days before the opening, Anthony Dubot brought the members of his team together for a final update, to make sure everyone was on the same wavelength.

"What unites them, he said with pleasant frankness and clear respect, they are people that I respect and with whom I am happy to be able to work." 17 years of work go by quickly when you love what you do, after Brittany and Sète, it is therefore in La Peyrade that the adventure continues this time surrounded by friends and his sister Laëtitia. "It was my in-laws who live here who gave me the idea and the desire, the offer is real in La Peyrade, and I hope that people will will find good in this new place.

A grocery store corner

A renovated place from top to bottom which will benefit from two indoor and outdoor terraces, toilets, and very soon a children's area. A bakery where you can eat a hamburger while reading the newspaper when it opens at 7 a.m. "I know from experience that some people including myself can be frustrated not to find salty food in the morning. As for our crepes, we remain affordable, the aim being that a mother with four children does not have any, with drinks, for 40 euros".< /p>

We take a tour of the premises with the members of the team, Eddy, Benjamin, Christel and Noélie, their names are already written on their locker at the back of the bakery which will also offer halal for those who wish, vegetarian dishes every day, all served in real cutlery. "The objective is to assert itself as a place open to all tastes, therefore open to all", repeats Anthony.< /p>

And a detail that is not one in a town where the supermarket has closed for a while: you will find at Lilio a grocery corner with thirty essential food products. By the way, why Lilio ? "That's the name of my two year old son." Two harmonious syllables in a new life that is beginning.
