Today, we will focus on the AQMC laboratory, specialized in health safety. If the subject is technical, Valérie Rouvet, co-manager of AQMC, is faced with the same challenges as all companies: those of retaining her employees and the quest for new talents.

For this, the AQMC teams carried out in-depth work on promoting their CSR approach and engaged in an HR diagnosis allowing, with the help of the CCI Hérault, to draw up a map of the tools to be deployed and the concrete actions to be implemented.

Management, HR department, representative panel of employees… it is therefore in a collective adventure that the AQMC laboratory has embarked, convinced that its development could not be done without CSR!
