Pink flamingos are not rare in the marshes of Frontignan, but on certain days they have privileged sites.
The Phoenicopterus roseus is not rare in the marshes and ponds separating the town of Frontignan and its district from the beach. Quite the contrary. But certain days, the colonies present in the territory prefer one place rather than another.
Breakfast time
So the other day, while the wind was blowing briskly in the morning, the pink flamingos took shelter in the tamarisk to have a leisurely lunch in a marsh of Frontignan-plage by searching the bottom with their profiled beak. A bucolic scene far from the torments of the world.
