Depuis les orages du 15 août 2024, les résidents de Bagnols-les-Bains et alentours ne reçoivent plus la télévision hertzienne (par les antennes).

Campsites, hotels, guest houses, residents are thus cut off from the rest of the television world, at least for those who receive the small screen by antennas, as Stéphane Liberi, a spa guest in Bagnols-les-Bains, points out: “Since last week, the weather has not been good, it has been a bit boring. The elderly also find the time long”. According to the spa guest, many people went to the town hall to express their dissatisfaction.

When contacted, Pascal Beaury, mayor of Mont Lozère and Goulet, reassured: “It's a breakdown following a storm. A transmitter card burned out. Last week, the repairman was on vacation. There was absolutely nothing we could do. He was due to intervene this Monday, August 19, 2024 in the morning and everything should return to normal during the day.” While understanding that these few days without television have been penalizing for seasonal rental managers and residents.
