A fifty-year-old who was removed from the National Education system was convicted of "indecent exposure and attempted corruption of a minor". The events took place at a campsite in Gironde. The man was a teacher at a private school at the time of the events.

Although removed from the National Education system for several years, a 50-year-old Toulouse native who teaches in the private sector was tried in immediate appearance on August 14, 2024 for "indecent exposure and attempted corruption of a minor" in a campsite in Soulac-sur-Mer in the Gironde, as reported by La Dépêche.

An ejaculation contest

The facts date back to the night of Saturday to Sunday, August 11. Three teenagers aged 14 and soon to be 16 were charging their cell phones in a campsite laundromat when the teacher entered the room with a bottle full of white rum and coke and locked himself in with the youngsters.

He suggested they drink and have a masturbation contest, while stroking his penis in front of them. Terrified, they refused, the man went out and suggested they come watch a pornographic film with him in his caravan

One of the young men complained to his family about the incident, the next day a complaint was filed with the police. The fifty-year-old was tried in immediate appearance on August 14, and prosecuted for “indecent exposure” and “attempted corruption of minors”. He only admits the first charge, explains Sud Ouest, and remains vague about the second.

Two years in prison, one year of which is firm

However, he is found guilty on both counts. He will have to undergo three years of socio-judicial monitoring and a requirement for care. He is asked to pay compensation to the victims and is banned from having contact with young people. He will no longer be able to go to Soulac-sur-Mer.

The economics teacher will no longer be able to work with minors. He also received a two-year prison sentence, one of which was firm. He had been removed from the National Education system for having “inappropriate message exchanges” according to him.

One of the victims, placed in the culprit's in-laws, accuses him of forcing him to perform fellatio on her a few months earlier. A separate investigation for rape will be opened.
