Caught in the act by the mayor
This Saturday, around noon, an individual who was walking his dog left the dog to defecate on the lawn of a green space dear to the city's mayor: "It’is a place reserved for public events, families, young people. It is not made for animals and there is an obligation to collect all dog waste throughout the territory of the municipality under penalty of a fine."
Reported by the councilor, the scene was supported by images from video surveillance. Caught red-handed, the dog's owner received three fines: "2 times 135 euros (the fine for dog waste) + 267 euros (for cleaning costs) = 537 euros! Well done to him!"

And the mayor hasn't finished with him: "He's a young person from the town aged around ;around twenty years old, unfavorably known to the police and gendarmerie services."
For this reason, "we are going to take an interest in his two dogs. They are categorized and one can wonder if he has the right to possess them, if they are properly registered.
Because "he is also guilty of another offense, that of walking dogs categorized without a muzzle.< /strong> The bill could increase", notes the mayor.
