“For the moment, we haven't received many supplies. We make do with what we've collected throughout the year, “, explains Laurent Christien, a volunteer at Secours Populaire. ” It's a lottery every year, you never know what you're going to get. "

A call for donations before the start of the school year

These donations will then be returned to the beneficiaries of Secours Populaire, during reception hours. This support will allow its most precarious beneficiaries to finance canteen costs, or even sports licenses. ” These adjustments are made according to each person's situation, they can range from 50 to 100 €, recalls Laurent Christien. But they do not cover all needs.
